#891 The New Feel Good

Thank you all again for your kind words and understanding. You are all so wonderful. I will, of course, keep you all posted whenever I know more about my condition. As it stands now, once a week postings, although much too slow for me, is doing very well with my health. I still hope to get to a point down the road of returning to twice a week, but until then, thank you all for your support.

Today's comic is a little light on story, it kinda speaks for itself though. Just a little 'Midnight Edition'-ish post for you all. ;)

      A lot is era-dependent – as in how old does one need to be to have open access to prevention. Nowadays, at least on the Left Coast, there’s not much difficulty; in the halcyon days of the story, though, ….

      Definitely old enough for small orgy 🙂 Here in Europe is consent age around 16 years. (15 here in CZE)

          Apparently Oregon has a Romeo and Juliet law, where a minor can consent to an adult if the age difference is within 3 years, but since the author stated in a previous strip that Dave is 7 years older than the girls… yeah, Dave’s in SERIOUS trouble. (I don’t know how old Dave’s buddy is.)

          Beth mentioned her sister was 18 when Dave offered her a drink, so that’s legal at least.

          When Sean offered tickets to something, however, the blue haired one mentioned a fake ID, since she was under 18. So he’s got trouble.

    I believe in previous strips (at the half-pipe) it was stated that Beth’s sister is 18 so Dave is most likely not in serious legal trouble for the sex – drugs and alcohol – different story. Beth of course may go nuclear on his ass for all three.
    The blue haired girl (Nikki?? ) was stated as 17 so Dave’s friend is up the creek. No idea of Tanya’s age,

      You are correct. Katie is 18. Sammi is 17. Tanya is unknown but most likely 18. We’ll see how it all shakes down as we go on.

    Actually Oregon does NOT have a Romeo and Juliet law, if you are under 18 you cannot legally give consent. In fact if to people under 18 have sex, technically both can be charged with statutory rape.
