#12 The Drink that Soothes

Anytime is a good time for a Suffering Bastard!

Enjoy them at your next pool-side party or casual BBQ gathering. The perfect drink for your next wedding, bar mitzvah, pub crawl, PTA meeting, all night D&D campaign, divorce signings, briss, wake, or emotional breakdown!

...And if you are interested in the perfect Suffering Bastard recipe, here it is: 1 part bourbon (preferably Jack Daniels) 1 part gin (preferably Tanqueray) add crushed ice and fill with ginger ale add a liberal amount of bitters (8-10 drops) -because life IS bitter! add a wedge of lime and serve in a highball glass.

Pure deliciousness!!!

    You meant to say “Maker’s Mark” and “Bombay Sapphire” instead of that swill you posted in the recipe. 🙂

    Actually I have used Bombay Sapphire before when making this. Just as enjoyable. But I’ll always be a Jack man.

    Jack Daniel’s is not a bourbon, and mixing it with gin may be the best example of heresy that I can thik of.
