I doubt Steph can get a bank loan. They say a bank is like someone who will lend you his umbrella only if it’s a sunny day. 😉

Ultimate hell for someone like Stephanie would be to have to interact with her abuser in support of her father’s business interests. Ultimate redemption for someone like Stephanie would be to prove it to her father and get her father’s apology and support.
