Jimmy’s actually pretty polite for a goon. I guess he’s like Mr. Talon- they both LIKE Beth, but they HAVE to kill her to ensure Mr. Talon’s ambitions go off without a hitch.
It’s almost hilarious thinking that Mr. Talon’s organization is made of mostly “Punch-Clock Villains” that are actually really nice and pillars of their community off the clock, and Rich is the only actual malicious a-hole in the entire ring. I bet Rich’s direct supervisor works at a soup kitchen on his days off!
