  1. Huh, got to say, that is the best Beth has looked in a while. Not sure if it was intentional on her part, but DAMN

Yes. I liked that one too.

  2. perhaps the beginnings of the end of Steph and the start of Emyrs and Beth – – well one can hope anyway

Just have to wait and see. 😉

  3. I have to agree with Kace, Beth is definitely looking good. It seems like you have really upped your game with the lighting and shading these past several months and it definitely shows. The extra detail on Beth’s jeans and Mateo’s shirt in particular caught my eye. I don’t know how much longer it takes you, but it definitely helps add extra dimension to your characters. Well done, sir! 🙂

Sorry G, I don’t think we’re going to see a split between Emrys and Steph anytime soon, not unless he quits that job and realizes sex does not make a relationship whole, it’s merely one component.

The one question I’m surious to answer is, did Stephanie choose Emrys for any other reason than his being single and easy to manipulate with sex? She couldn’t have known about his…ahem…attributes, because that wasn’t common knowledge outside the ladies who saw it. Despite her few moments of apparent personal growth, she doesn’t seem to have much of a personality outside being sex-obsessed and doing whateer it takes to get it.

    1. *curious, not surious – D’oh!

Thank you. I try my best when I can. You can always tell when I’m hurting for time at any given week cos the artwork tends to suffer a little. But over all I like how the artwork as been over the past 150 or so comics.
As for Stephanie, she still is a little one dimensional at least on what you see here. I will show you an early draft I wrote of Stephanie’s motivations. -or at least some of it.
“Tired of all the “guys” she seems to hook up with, she decides to try something different. A quiet ‘nice’ guy with potential. She also tries to take it slow instead of the usual thing of jumping in the sack right away. She likes to be in control but she doesn’t always know what she wants. -skipping from job to job…guy to guy. She still feels insecure and often jealous of other girls, preferring the company of guys. Highly sexual, this is her most prominent way she shows affection.’
-That’s all I can share without giving away spoilers.

      1. Spoiler free is the way to be. 😉

Thank for the insight though, we haven’t really seen into Stephanie’s mind yet, just her actions and what they imply. This is why we read the story though, to find out more about her and the other characters, so thank you for sharing it with us. 🙂

  4. Beth is indeed the waitress and guess who called it? (Heh, heh.). Not surprisingly, alcoholism is not uncommon among restaurant staff, it’s partly the availability of booze and the stress. I recommend to be kind and understanding to your waiter, waitress, bartender, etc. (Which of course, doesn’t mean you have to put up with any mistreatment, that does happen.)

  5. Oops, my bad, I got it wrong, Beth is not waiting on tables. I read the text too fast. BTW, I think Jeff is speaking in favor of self-direction and making one’s own choices in life which I think is a very good idea.

      That’s okay. I thought I wrote something that wasn’t there. 😀
