It's been a tough year but it's almost over. I'm hoping next year is better. As I mentioned before, I may have to skip an episode here and there from time to time. This week with Christmas is one of them. But I was playing around with my Painter program and came up with this picture of Shannon's idea of Christmas. And this picture was quick! From beginning to end, it only took two and a half hours to do. So, here you go. Merry Christmas. Monday we kick off some new storylines.

Merry Christmas, Eric! Beth is still my favorite, but both JoJo and Shannon are great too and I’m really hoping things turn out well for them in the future. I’m especially hopeful for Shannon since she has so much to deal with still. She’s a good gal all around, she just needs support and encouragement to kick her bad habits and time to sort out her feelings of loss with Mark’s death.
I’m glad the new process is quicker! The results of the pinup are really nice, but I hope you still plan to keep your more comicbook style art for the regular pages, mainly because that’s what I’m used to, but also because it makes efforts like this one stand out more. I’m not really sure how to explain what I mean, but I hope you know I am not trying to stifle your creativity, only offer my honest feedback. However you continue I’m just happy that I get to keep reading your story and enjoying your art.

I know what you mean. It’s all good. You can be sure I’m still drawing the comic in my usual comic style. That won’t change. Just wanted to test out the oil paint brushes the program had to offer.
