And...here is the second half of that opener comic. It was just too much to do all in one week.

Wonderfully terrifying!
I watched that show religiously back when it first came out. One of my all time favorite shows.

Oh, Lord. This is a new low for Dave Voigt.
I would have expected him to be at rock bottom before now. “The more you know…”
Bohemiannightsthecomic
One never knows just how far the bottom goes.

There’s an AA saying, “Every bottom has a trap door”

“Vždycky to může bejt horší.” (Always it can be worse. Czech proverb)

Okay, let’s face it… This apple didn’t fall far from the tree. And it does confirm that Dave is an ass. Dave’s dad is a bitter old ass. And neither of them can see anything beyond their own selves and so can’t imagine actually being helpful to anyone, let alone each other. So sad. But, I think it happens more than we’d like to admit.

Yes, a sad peek into Dave’s home life.

Poor Dave.
This must be a difficult story to tell, Eric.

“Wish I never met either of you” immediately followed by “Can’t spend five minutes with your old man on Thanksgiving”. The bohemian gang sure has their share of manipulative and/or self-centered parents. On the other hand, looks like Dave only visited his dad to get some money (or meds).

What degradation and despair, I didn’t miss the irony of Mr. Voigt’s complaint about thieves as his own son rips him off in a cruel way. I believe this is an honest depiction of the miserable results of drug addiction. It just leads to the worst behavior.
