IIIII'MMMM BAAAAAACK!
I'm still a little frazzled around the edges and I could always use more sleep, but I think I'm ready to bring it on again!
Thanks to everyone who wished me well last week. You guys are the best. I think from this point forward I'm giving myself two weeks vacation each year: one week in the summer and one week right around Christmas. I think this will do wonders for my sanity (what little is left). While I was dark for the past week, I caught up on the comics, dealt with the business side of the two up-coming conventions (I had to get a temporary tax license for the California show), and dealt with the last of the Christmas rush at work.
So here I am back with the comic and feeling a bit better about it. First up... a little bit of a departure from the norm. A little bit more of a geekie gamer story. Now I know there are a lot of other web comics out there having this subject as their main focus, and probably do it a bit better, but I felt I needed a little departure for a couple of weeks. Soon enough, I'll be back with the gang diving head long in the money starving troubles of the twenty-something destitute. Hope you enjoy it.
(This storyline is dedicated to Tom, Lisa, and Don --my original gaming crew!!!)
