I’ve been a Patreon subscriber for awhile (I honestly forget how long), but I’ll see if I can increase it. I certainly have no complaints when it comes to your volume or quality of content, you’re one of the best storytellers I’ve seen, especially for the “slice of life” genre, or how consistently reliable you are updating the comic and communicating with all of us.
Do whatever you need to do to keep your life going, even if it means a temporary hiatus, because without your health and family, this comic won’t exist. Try to focus on the positives and, if you need someone to talk to and help with that, let me know, I’m even in the 21st century now and have a Discord ID.

I just came across this comic and I may start reading it. It is incredibly difficult to make a living doing an online comic. One of the big problems is attracting enough readers. I don’t know if you are on https://www.deviantart.com/ as yet, but if you are not you should be. It is a great site for attracting people to your work. It is also a good way to make a little extra cash doing commissions. If your artwork is good enough, and it looks like yours is, people will pay to have illustrated short stories or individual images, especially if you can do superheroines or scantily clad women. It is also a good place to advertise your Patreon account. In any case I leave it up to you.

That’s a good idea. I think I’ll sign up this weekend. Thank you for the info.

Yeah, pretty much what Thracecius said.
It’s been fun to here, but you need to look after yourself first. If that comes with more content, excellent (and it sounds like you need to create as much as we like to see your creations), and if not then it doesn’t – you owe us nothing. Your wellbeing has to be the absolute priority.

Your Story reminds me of my youth, with the one Big Difference that i never met “my” Bohemian Knights. So my 20´s were somewhat dull… Therefore i love Your Comic for providing me a more colourfull “What If” Scenario.
This made me do something relatively stupid (for times like these): i just upgraded my Patreon-Status from $5 to $25. I´ll have to cut back something non-essential, but providing You with additional support is of great importance to me.

I am deeply touched by everyone’s outpouring and generosity and well wishes. I’ll go into more detail this Friday on what I will try to do going forward.

There is no way things are stable enough here for something like Patreon, but have you considered something like Ko-fi?

by “here,” i mean at my end

Have you considered publishing your works on KDP? It costs you nothing to have it there as a POD and you might be able to monitize it better. Mayne as a small ebook, or several ebooks. Let me know as I am now publishing there and can guide you through the hoops.
