And now back to the parallel storyline.
Also, going to be sending out some original artwork to Patreons in the next week as well as adding in some new intensives to the $5 tier.
Regret, it isn’t the realization that you’ve done something wrong that gets you. It’s all the times you didn’t notice or didn’t care that really hurts.
I feel bad for Beth now. While still yelling “Don’t Do It! Let Him Have His Night!”
It’s a conflicted feeling. Well done, sir.
On another note I look forward to the new tier (going to have to upgrade my donation too)
Yes. Those are times that it hits me the hardest too.
I also like that you don’t know who to cheer on: Beth or Stephanie.
And as for the Patreon upgrades, I’ll announce them next Monday. 😀
Welp, nothing to do here but wait and worry, like usual. Stephanie is in her element right now, and it shows, but despite my concerns over her motivations, all I can say right now is that Beth is walking into a world of hurt if she proceeds, and it isn’t going to go well for anyone. Makes me glad I’m not a drinker, because being drunk is rarely the prelude to good plans.
The actual comic was written a couple of months ago but the point where Beth finally realizes how she feels about Emrys has been plotted out almost since the beginning. I knew she would think about all those times her and Emrys shared and that they would come flooding back to her, but I didn’t know which memories till I laid out the page. I had a lot to choose from.
HA! Yes, which is why I used the qualifier “rarely”. It’s not impossible to have good plans when drunk, but it certainly isn’t common after sobering up. 😉

Also, I can’t help but wonder how long you’ve been planning this memory montage for Beth. It seems way too well done to be spontaneous. 😉

On the contrary, all my best plans come when drunk.
It seems that way at the time, anyway.

Still don’t necessarily trust Stephanie, but at this point not sure if Beth is making the right decision

Yeah, I don’t think she’s fully thought it all out yet.
