1080 Behind Closed Doors
Posted on December 22, 2025 by bohemiannightsthecomic

The comic will be dark next week so I can spend some time with my family for the holidays. I'll also be putting together the latest Midnight Edition the Patreon supporters.

Also, don't worry. I haven't forgotten the other characters.  They will still be featured prominently in their own storylines. You know me, I have at least three or four stories going on at once.

And finally I just want to thank everyone once more for all their interest and support in the comic. If I don't respond to all your comments, I apologize. I appreciate them and your readership more than I can say. THANK YOU ALL!

Eric, did you play Drug Dealer Simulator or DDS 2? 😀

Pardon my cynicism, but I think Rich isn’t at all concerned about Jimmy’s wellbeing. He only wants to avoid becoming Jimmy’s target. Quite possibly literally.

I can’t disagree.in this business, loyalty is a fine and noble trait – in other people.

    1) i think you meant “utmost” (sorry)

    2) is that Galactus’s hat?

Hah! you found my easter egg. It’s the Galactus award. I think he’s won it three years in a row.

Sorry to say it, but I’m really disappointed in Mr. Talon, not that comes as any surprise, I’m sure. Every story needs it’s antagonists. 🙂

Why do I have a feeling accepting this position is the biggest mistake of Rich’s life? The position itself isn’t bad (aside from, you know, being highly illegal) but Rich being Rich will use it to settle his vendetta against Beth and that will lead to his ultimate undoing?

If Rich does go down, I can see him trying to take some of the higher-ups with him. He might just end up doing Portland a service.
