I have to admit, I side with Shannon and Annabel here. Venting your anger, while typically a healthy thing when done properly, is not going to help anyone at this particular moment. Mourn, memorialize, sit in silence, take a walk, or find another (preferably healthy) distraction and endure while you wait the interminable length of time until the resolution of the event. Life is rarely easy, but it is worth living.
