Yeah, you’re right Mr Yeti. It was a bit ill conceived and not well executed. Rich will mention (in a much later date). That he saw them leaving the Tunnel and followed them and decided to pull that prank. Which is the fugue skulking off when they were kissing. But you are right. It didn’t come off well and was simply confusing. I’ll try to do better
If Rich saw Beth and Emrys leaving together, how much time did he actually have to unscrew at least FOUR screws and then disappear in the dark? He didn’t just loosen them up so they’d snap under Beth’s weight. He completely unscrewed them.
Maybe if he saw Beth and Emrys coming IN the club did he decide to pull the prank? That gives him a lot more time… though with it being New Years Eve, you’d think a guy messing with the railing’s crews would attract SOME attention.
