I’ve just spent far more time than I expected reading about Oregon’s health insurance system to see if strippers could really expect to have medical costs and loss of wages covered in the event of an injury.

From what I can see it would, at a percentage of her wage and compulsorily-declared tips (which may or may not be $500/wk). It’d also depend in whether she’s an employee or independent contractor, and… oh god I’m thinking far too much about cartoon strippers tax policy!
